Buying at NETS2WORLD implies having read, understood, and accepted the conditions expressed below:


Our prices do not include specific taxes of each State such as Copyright Taxes, special customs duties, etc. If there is a tax of this type in your country, the customer is exclusively responsible for paying these fees as the importer of the same.
The company reserves the acceptance of the order until it is verified that it is correct, being able to cancel the order due to both the fault of the company and the buyer.


The product descriptions on the website are exact.
All the data included in each product file and/or in its photograph have a purely informative function, therefore, NETS2WORLD rejects any responsibility for the appearance of errors in said information, although it undertakes to take all the measures at its disposal to correct the errors or omissions after being informed of them.
NETS2WORLD reserves the right to modify at any time the list of products, prices and/or services contained in this website, as well as its conditions of acquisition and delivery, under its sole responsibility. However, such modifications will not affect orders that are already in progress. Additionally, NETS2WORLD reserves the right to make any modification that is useful or considers necessary in the design of advertising or informative messages, instructions and descriptions that appear in them, always complying with the applicable current legislation.


Making a purchase on our website is very easy. Consult our catalogue and go adding products to your virtual cart.
Once you have made your selection, go to “Cart”, and press the “place order” option, where we will ask you for the necessary information to correctly complete the transaction.
We try to keep all the products on our website in stock, although inevitably we may sometimes run out of stock on some of them. When a product is out of stock, the order is understood from its availability.
Given the exceptional circumstance in which we could not send you any of the products in your order, we would proceed to replace it with one of identical or superior characteristics, notifying you of this circumstance by e-mail and we will record the change made in your order, in case of doubt or non-availability of a substitute, we will discount the units or the product of your order and proceed with the shipment.

The term to cancel an order ends two (2) hours after your order has passed to the status of “processing”; from that moment the order will have been transferred to production, and the purchase will have become a sales contract to which both parts are subject to compliance; you as the recipient of the merchandise, and NETS2WORLD as the seller with the shipping and service conditions included in these conditions of use.


NETS2WORLD does not sell or ship to minors; we only transact with adults. If you are under the age of 18, your parent or guardian must participate with you in registering and purchasing. NETS2WORLD reserves the right to reject the order, cancel the account, delete, or correct the content or eliminate those orders suspected of irregularity.
In any case, the father, mother, or guardian will be responsible for the acts and problems derived from the registration and purchase by a minor.


Online credit card transactions are carried out by specialized payment processors and are always done safely through bank gateways..

For orders made in Spain, 21% corresponding to IVA is charged. Any other duties or taxes applicable in accordance with current legal provisions will be the responsibility of the buyer.
The buyer is the importer or introducer to its destination and the responsible for all import declarations to the responsible authorities in the country of delivery and all those responsible for copying fees, liens, performers’ rights, copyright or special right to pay for all products requested on this website, from Spain.

We only ship to the countries listed in the dropdown menu on the registration page. Our website will display the appropriate shipping options based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping address.
We use different transport services in order to offer the best combination of service and price to our customers. The estimated period of 24 hours may vary depending on the final destination location. For shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula, the estimated term is usually 48-72 hours.
Delivery times are computed on working days -from Monday to Friday- since the courier company does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
This store is not responsible for the malfunction of the shipping service.


1. If the product you have ordered arrives in poor condition due to transport, you have a maximum period of 24 hours to notify the transport company, demanding an incident number from them and from that notification, 72 hours to notify us via e-mail at [email protected].
2. If the product that we have sent you is not the one that is reflected in your order or we have delivered an incorrect quantity, we will have no obligation towards you unless you notify us in writing of the problem by sending us an e-mail to our contact address, [email protected], within a period not exceeding 48 working hours from the delivery of the product in question.
If you notify us any problem under these conditions our only obligation, will be your choice:
A. We complete your original order with the products that we would have sent less.
B. Replace or repair any product that is damaged or defective, after inspection by our operators.
C. Refund of the amount of said product in the way that we choose, always in less than 24 hours.
If you do not receive your order within 30 days from the date it was placed, we will have no obligation to you unless you notify us of the problem in writing to our contact address ([email protected]) at a period of less than 40 days from the placing of the order.
Unless otherwise provided by law, we will not be liable for any consequential loss, damage or expense (including loss of profit, business or charity) arising from any problem reported to us under these conditions and we will not be required to pay any type of compensation, except for the return of the amount that you have paid for the product in question under the conditions set forth in paragraph 2, point C. above.
You must comply with and respect all applicable laws and regulations, including obtaining the necessary permits (be they customs, import, etc.) to purchase on our website. The import or export of our products may be prohibited by some national laws. NETS2WORLD does not make any representation or accept any responsibility in this regard in the import or export of products that you purchase.
However, nothing in these terms and conditions of sale is intended to limit any rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable local law or any other constitutional rights that cannot be waived.


If you want to return a product, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] letting us know what and why you want to return. We will respond as soon as possible requesting the necessary information to satisfy your request. This way, we can provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how you can proceed with the shipment.
Under the European Distance Selling Directive you have the right to cancel a purchase contract within 7 working days after receiving your order. You do not need to give us any reason to cancel your contract or pay any type of sanction for it.
You will not be able to cancel a contract if the product you have ordered is a custom-made product or material protected by copyright laws and you have removed such material from the original packaging in which it was delivered to you.
We will accept the return of products free of defects and conforming to their description within the indicated period, provided that the packaging and any manufacturer’s seal are intact and the product and/or its packaging are returned in the same condition in which it was received.
We request that you send us an email to the address: [email protected] before forwarding the package, indicating that you wish to cancel your purchase contract. In the email you must also indicate your order number, the name of the product or products and the units to be returned. It is necessary to do this at least 24 hours in advance so that we can attach the return code to you.
Write “cancelled contract” in a paper with your order details (with a copy of the confirmation email is sufficient).
We recommend using a shipping service by certified courier, with the value of the content insured at 100%. You will be responsible for the costs of the return unless the shipment of that product has been made by mistake, in which case you only must notify us at [email protected] to be able to immediately solve any mistake made.
As soon as we receive the product together with the notification of cancellation of that order, we will refund the amount paid for said product. If you do not return the product correctly, it does not arrive in good condition or you do not pay the cost of the return shipment, we will be forced to deduct from the amount to be reimbursed the direct costs of the recovery of the product, or the rejection of the shipment at the time of delivery by the transport company.
NETS2WORLD reserves the right to cancel any contract if:
1. Our stock is insufficient to satisfy your order.
2. We don’t send products to your zone.
3.One or more products that you order was listed with an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
4. The data provided by the customer for the delivery of an order are insufficient to make the shipment. (This cancellation will be notified to the client so that he can rectify his data for a future order).
In case of cancellation, the client will be notified by email, and we will refund the amount owed as soon as possible. In any case, always before 30 days from the date of your order. Likewise, NETS2WORLD is not obliged to offer any type of additional compensation for the inconvenience caused.


Your order will be sent, generally, on the same day if we receive it before 10:00 in the morning (SPANISH TIME) from Monday to Friday, except for days that are national and local holidays.
In the exceptional case that an order placed before 10 am cannot be shipped that same day, NETS2WORLD will have a maximum processing time of 1 business day.
The delivery time ranges between 24/72 hours, always on business days (not including weekends or national and/or local holidays) and taking as a reference the moment in which your order leaves our installations.
Depending on the final destination, international shipments may be subject to inspection by the relevant customs authorities.
Also, NETS2WORLD will not have any responsibility with you for failure to deliver an order, delay of the same, for any damage or malfunction caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including and without limitation, strikes, lockdowns or other industrial disputes, closure of road infrastructures, lack of access, floods, fires, explosions, or accidents.
